Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), on Who’s Late? This applies to profiles, crew content, messages, uploaded photos, AI-generated artwork, invitations, and shared links. A child is anyone under 18.
Do not create, upload, request, promote, distribute, or link to material that sexually exploits children. Sexual solicitation of children, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to facilitate child sexual abuse are prohibited. These rules also apply to synthetic, AI-generated, or manipulated depictions.
Report a concern
Use the app’s Report option on the relevant member or content, describe the concern, and tap Send report. The app provides a receipt; reports are not visible to other crew members. You can also contact our child-safety contact without an account.
Report a child-safety concern ↗Identify the username, crew, content, or report receipt and explain the concern. Do not send or forward suspected CSAM, download it, or make additional copies. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
How reports are handled
Our child-safety contact reviews in-app and email reports, prioritizes concerns involving children, and investigates the relevant account or content. When we identify violations, we remove or restrict access to the content and suspend or terminate the accounts involved as appropriate.
We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority, as applicable, and cooperate with lawful requests. We preserve relevant records when required by law and limit their access to authorized personnel. We do not ask users to investigate suspected abuse themselves.
